and awards. Format: Captain & Crew (no handicaps)

Kobo/Matkoski (13) + Condon/Long (26) = 39
Griffin/Lanty (14) + Blackburn/Gomon (22) = 36
Ryan/Huntington (16) + McIndoe/Coakley (22) = 38
Cook/Wadsworth (18) + Ligoci/Peters (21) = 39
Klein/Bohman (19) + Opel/Patrick (21) = 40
Matching up the lowest handicap teams with the highest seems to be
the best way to make it fair (1+12, 2+11, 3+10, etc.). We won't use handicaps
for the tournament; we just used them to create fair foursomes.
